Sometimes it's crucial to coordinate with different clubs for special events and competitions, which can be quite a hassle to coordinate timeslots, collect athlete lists, and so on. Luckily, if the other club is also a member of Sportlyzer, it's possible to form a partnership, which can make event and competition coordination much easier.
Here's how to set it up:
- Go to Preferences > Club Partnerships > "Edit partnership"
- Check the box to make your club visible for club partnerships
- Select a contact person in your club who will be notified when another club requests a partnership
Setting up a partnership
- Go to Preferences > Club Partnerships > "Edit partnership"
- Click on "Set Up Partnership" in the submenu
- Search for the club you want to partner with by name
- Send the invitation
Accepting a partnership invitation
Once somebody has sent an invite you will get an email or whoever is set as the contact person in your club (you can click on accept to start the partnership)
Ending a partnership
- Go to Preferences > Club Partnerships > "Edit partnership"
- In the submenu select "PARTNERS"
- Select the club from the list and click on Decline
- Now the partnership has ended
