The Calendar allows coaches and managers to create and manage workouts, and get a good overview of their training schedules.
To start, navigate to the Calendar page. You have two options to create a new single event:
- Click on "+ Add new" in the top right and choose the suitable event type
- Click on the appropriate date and time box in the Calendar app and choose the suitable event type
An alternative would be creating a recurring plan (season plan) for the training groups. See how to do that.
New workout
- Choose the group you wish to create an event to
- Add date and time for the event
- Add activity (start typing, then choose from list)
- Add duration and distance (if possible)
- Add coaches (start typing, then choose from list)
- Add a location (we suggest you add a location that has previously been created in the club settings)
- Set participation limit (How many players can mark that they are coming to the workout)
- Set the time when the RSVP marking closes
- Add any notes to this workout (can be seen by athletes)
- Add any notes for the staff members (athletes cannot see this)
- Click on "Add to calendar"
New event
- Add event name.
- Choose if you want the event to be displayed in the calendar widget.
- Set start date and time.
- Set end date and time.
- Mark the event as "all day" if necessary.
- Add clubs that are taking part in the event (If a partnership with another club has been configured under settings).
- Add groups that are taking part in the event.
- Add the event managers.
- Enter a location (start typing, then choose from the list. If necessary, move the marker on the map to the right location.
- Set participation limit (How many players can mark that they are coming to the workout)
- Set the time when the RSVP marking closes
- Add links (web addresses) to event homepage, registration, results page, etc. Click on "Add link" to add a new line
- Add any notes to this workout (can be seen by athletes)
- Add any notes for the staff members (athletes cannot see this)
- Click on "Add to calendar" to finish
New competition
- Add competition name.
- Choose if you want the event to be displayed in the calendar widget.
- Add an activity and the competition's priority ("A" is the highest priority, "D" is the lowest).
- Enter the start and end date and time.
- Mark the competition as "all day" if necessary.
- Add clubs that are taking part in the event (If a partnership with another club has been configured under settings).
- Add groups that are taking part in the event.
- Add event managers (start typing, then choose from list)
- Enter a location (start typing, then choose from the list. If necessary, move the marker on the map to the right location.
