Create a single workout or event

The Calendar allows coaches and managers to create and manage workouts, and get a good overview of their training schedules.

To start, navigate to the Calendar page. You have two options to create a new single event:

  1. Click on "+ Add new" in the top right and choose the suitable event type
  2. Click on the appropriate date and time box in the Calendar app and choose the suitable event type

An alternative would be creating a recurring plan (season plan) for the training groups. See how to do that.

New workout

  1. Choose the group you wish to create an event to
  2. Add date and time for the event
  3. Add activity (start typing, then choose from list)
  4. Add duration and distance (if possible)
  5. Add coaches (start typing, then choose from list)
  6. Add a location (we suggest you add a location that has previously been created in the club settings)
  7. Set participation limit (How many players can mark that they are coming to the workout)
  8. Set the time when the RSVP marking closes
  9. Add any notes to this workout (can be seen by athletes)
  10. Add any notes for the staff members (athletes cannot see this)
  11. Click on "Add to calendar"

 New event

  1. Add event name.
  2. Choose if you want the event to be displayed in the calendar widget.
  3. Set start date and time.
  4. Set end date and time.
  5. Mark the event as "all day" if necessary.
  6. Add clubs that are taking part in the event (If a partnership with another club has been configured under settings).
  7. Add groups that are taking part in the event.
  8. Add the event managers.
  9. Enter a location (start typing, then choose from the list. If necessary, move the marker on the map to the right location.
  10. Set participation limit (How many players can mark that they are coming to the workout)
  11. Set the time when the RSVP marking closes
  12. Add links (web addresses) to event homepage, registration, results page, etc. Click on "Add link" to add a new line
  13. Add any notes to this workout (can be seen by athletes)
  14. Add any notes for the staff members (athletes cannot see this)
  15. Click on "Add to calendar" to finish

New competition

  1. Add competition name.
  2. Choose if you want the event to be displayed in the calendar widget.
  3. Add an activity and the competition's priority ("A" is the highest priority, "D" is the lowest).
  4. Enter the start and end date and time.
  5. Mark the competition as "all day" if necessary.
  6. Add clubs that are taking part in the event (If a partnership with another club has been configured under settings).
  7. Add groups that are taking part in the event.
  8. Add event managers (start typing, then choose from list)
